Welcome to AmericanFreeThinkers.com!
We’re here to talk about what it means to navigate your way through life in America as a person with a rational, scientific worldview. Also, we want to help you see that you are not alone! Not only are you part of a sizable and growing percentage of Americans, you’re also following in a tradition of great American thinkers and patriots.
We have several goals on this site:
- To educate the curious on the current reality of skepticism in the USA.
- To celebrate the rich heritage of non-belief in America.
- To provide thoughtful commentary on current events from a rational, skeptical perspective.
- To direct you toward other sites of interest.
- To encourage lively, thoughtful and respectful conversation amongst non-believers, as well as believers.
We hope this site is of some use and interest to you. Please let us know what you think!
It could be an interesting website but coming from France and having recently moved from Prague to Berlin, I’m thinking about creating a direct competitor website called europeanthinkers.eu.
Because really, at the end of the day, American problems make us laugh most of the time.
I have the feeling my website is gonna have more visits.
We as Europeans talk about sex and food (the two main ingredients for mankind happiness)
Next posts on europeanthinkers.eu:
“baguette, knedliky or brotchen?”
“Would you rather eat some knedliky or having sex?”
“Really mint sauce with meat?”
“mint sauce on your genitals a good or a bad idea?”
“is Europe turning non-smoker?” (because smoking is important too;-)

I do know I’d prefer to keep the mint sauce away from my (European) smoking pipe.
I am enjoying perusing this site and both the posts so far, therefore I just want to thank the staff for setting this site up. I am thoroughly enamored with the interactions and discussions on this post, along with each of the perspectives and thoughts that have been provided thus far and look forward to the continuing interactions and future posts.
